Barn Conversion

Our clients approached us with a vision to convert an empty old barn on their land to a functional space. They wanted a place for family to come and stay so we helped them design two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and living space turning the unused barn into residential rooms. As the location is on farm land we needed to include a provision roost assessment to check for bat activity as well as apply for new power network connection for electrical power.

We also needed to conduct a flood risk assessment for the area. Our team was dedicated to turning their vision into a reality, achieving planning approval, we were proud to assist in creating a sustainable living space, complete with an energy-saving air source heat pump.
