Barn Conversion

Working alongside Planning Consultants we worked on our clients vision to convert an empty old barn on their land to a functional space. They wanted a place for family to come and stay so we helped them with designs for two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and living space turning the unused barn into a comfy home.

Being on farmland the project required a provisional roost assessment to check for bat activity: a flood risk assessment was required due to the number and nature of local water courses.

Our team was determined to turn their vision into a reality. Once planning was approved, we were proud to assist with applying for building control approval. We were also able to assist with having a new electrical connection from UK Power Network.
