Planning applications
At Spruce Architecture, we handle planning work both in-house and through specialised planning consultants. For simpler projects, our in-house team can manage the process; however, more complex projects may require a team of experts to gather the necessary information for successful applications. Measured surveys
The majority of the projects we undertake begin with a comprehensive survey of the existing building or land, known as a measured survey. This survey provides an accurate baseline for the project. Additionally, we also offer measured survey services for creating lease plans.
