Family home extension and gym garage conversion

Our clients came to us wanting a better flow for their family home and the way they use it day to day. They had a glass lean to with a dining area and wanted a formal dining room instead. They also wanted to create a study/games room on the ground floor.

We designed an extension as well as converted half the garage into a utility area and gym space, keeping half the garage for storage. We designed the garage to increase in square footage and connect the house.
