Full renovation of family home

Overview
Our clients had a vision to completely renovate this family home in Eastbourne. We achieved planning permission for all of their alterations including a full internal remodel, extensions to both sides, plus the rear with a beautiful balcony and raised patio. The front elevation sees the installation of a new porch and general tidy up. They also wanted an accessible bedroom and wet room on the ground floor for an older relative which was included in the ground floor remodel.
We have been dealing with Ashley Phillips for our architectural redesign of our dream home, and what a brilliant and stress free experience it was. Ashley has been great from the first meeting we had, and came up with a stunning plan in our follow up meeting, incorporating all the requirements we wanted as well as coming up with some really stunning features.
Over the course of the next year Ashley was extremely patient with some of our alterations to the plan and always worked around to achieve what we wanted and his correspondence with us was second to none.
We got our planning permission granted on the first attempt without any alterations and looking forward to our build soon. I cannot recommend highly enough of both Ashley Phillips and Spruce Architecture and how lucky we were to have him as our architect.
