Ground floor remodel and garage conversion

Our clients wanted to change the function of their garage whilst refurbishing their ground floor and upgrading the kitchen. They decided to convert the garage into utility space with an internal door from the kitchen. This alleviated appliance space from the kitchen and created a laundry focused utility space.We included new plumbing for water in and waste water out for the washing machine, plus a new window and dryer extractor vent. We then converted the remaining garage space into storage space and removed two internal walls to open up the kitchen dining space.

This new set up works much better for our client’s style of living and we think it looks great.
