Modern four bedroom home

Wadhurst, East Sussex

This beautiful project was a dream of our clients to make a stunning new four bedroom, two bathroom home from an old barn. It was constructed using Durisol blocks, Glulam rafters and ridge beam. They chose polished concrete floor with luxury underfloor heating perfect for the British winters. Hidden gutters surround the property and a standing seam zinc roof finish was chosen. Our clients wanted a MHVR system (heat recovery) and rainwater harvesting to boost its green credentials.
