Modern low-impact dwelling within the grounds of an existing house

Eastbourne, East Sussex

Our client approached us with the idea of building a separate dwelling at the end of their garden in Eastbourne. This project was an attempted windfall site within the grounds of an existing house.

The proposed dwelling was designed to be low impact and to blend in as best as possible with the surroundings while having a high quality design. We designed it with a proposed green roof with timber/larch cladding.
