New modern home near Brighton

Saltdean, East Sussex

Our client had a previously underutilised parcel of land adjoining a larger housing development on the edge of the area of outstanding natural beauty in Saltdean. This land was and just north of a development of nine houses that we had also designed.

The brief was to design a building that would blend with the new adjoining properties.
Our client wanted four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an integrated garage and plenty of living space across an open plan kitchen diner space with breakfast bar as well as a separate lounge.

Planning permission was secured for this new home, and we look forward to uploading the finished pictures once construction is complete.
