Refurbished commercial buildings for The Crown Estate

Working alongside Savills estate management we have been involved with multiple projects on The Crown Estate land. This project was to take redundant agricultural buildings and refurbish them into commercial units in Kent.

The previously unused buildings were rebuilt to a high standard to rent out to new local businesses. We handled the design and planning applications for change of use, worked up the full technical stage with construction drawings, then tender to find the best contractor at a great price. We also are acting as contract administration for the duration of the build. We are on site regularly during the build to check standards of work and manage the client-builder contract.

Construction is almost complete and look forward to signing the project off and handing over to Savills to manage on behalf of The Crown Estate.
