Site plan for nine new country homes

East Sussex

Our client came to us with the requirements for a site plan for nine large four bedroom new homes. The design style followed countryside living with large gardens for each new home with plenty of private space plus a double garage each. Landscaping was also considered with a shared playground, parkland and pond area.
