Terraced housing development with commercial units

We were brought onto this project post planning to handle the building regulations and construction drawings. The previous design was coming in too high a cost so we amended the scheme to reflect our client’s budget which was then approved as an amendment to the existing application via a planning consultant.

The final scheme was for four, three-storey terraced homes with three bedrooms. Plus, a three-storey commercial unit.

We produced very detailed construction drawings to address the restrictions of the site. Working with a timber framing company to co-ordinate drawings.

Our package included internal room elevations, window and door schedules, electrical layouts, wall and floor finishes.

We also incorporated some bio-diversity features such as a sedum roof, planting of fruit trees, a bee brick and 12 swift boxes.
