Two-story extension for commercial and residential use

Our client came to us wanting to extend a two-story building into a four-story building with commercial units on the ground floor and flats in the upper three floors.

We designed six one bedroom flats across three floors. The ground floor containing the two commercial units also held the cycle store and bin store for the residential flats above.

The six flats were designed with open plan kitchen, dining and living spaces and double bedrooms. Additionally, office areas and built-in wardrobes were seen across all the apartments.
